Approval Pathway – A Guide for Brokers
Approval Pathway makes it easy for brokers to submit and manage commercial loan applications while staying in full control of their deals. Here’s how to get started:
Step 1: Register & Start an Application
- Visit ApprovalPathway.com and select "Broker" from the homepage.
- Verify your relationship with your client (the borrower) and answer a few quick questions to start their loan application.
Step 2: Complete the Loan Application
- Once inside your dashboard, enter key loan details and upload supporting documents.
- Select lenders you'd like to work with from a growing list on the platform.
- Need a lender not listed? No problem—send them a secure link to review the deal outside the platform.
Step 3: Submit for Processing
- Once you've provided the minimum required information, submit the application for processing.
- Approval Pathway will automatically extract key financial metrics and ratios, giving you a clear view of how lenders will assess the deal.
- Applications are processed within 24 hours—typically the same day.
Step 4: Share the Application with Lenders
- When the deal is ready, you decide who sees it. Approval Pathway gives you three secure sharing options:
A. Direct Link – Send a secure link to specific lenders via email.
B. 1:1 Sharing – Share directly with a lender already on Approval Pathway.
C. Application Hub – Make the deal available to all lenders on Approval Pathway (lender-exclusive access).
At every stage, you stay in control—you decide which lenders can view and engage with the application. Approval Pathway is designed to help you move faster while maintaining discretion and protecting your relationships.
